One thing I'd like to see is the doors to the gym unlocked at 8a and the pool open during normal times even during the summer (May to August) there was a padlock on the gate of the West Pool and while some days the lock was not fully engaged, the majority of the time it was. If the Pool was closed for cleaning or maintenance a better heads up to the residence would be appreciated. I don't always stay - as work often pulls me away - but, it would be nice to fully enjoy the amenities when I am here, especially November to January.
As an update to the interaction with maintenance, I spoke to the office about a light in my kitchen and the stove being uneven - I'm not going to pull out the stove to see what is going on so made sure to ask them about it. I was told that the feet to the stove was missing and that this would be fixed, before I know it the light was fixed but maintenance did nothing with the stove. This is the month I would be at the apartment full time and need to be able to cook properly without my pans sliding backwards which is what is happening. I am starting to wonder if there is any validity to those who do list complaints. :(
I've not had to interact with the staff much as I pay my rent online but when I've had to call for maintenance issues I get a response within 24 to 48 hrs. My only issue has been with those who leave their trash outside the door for 2+ days - this has been addressed and I'm happy thus far.
